Biosphere Environmental Energy is an Energy company. Our core competencies are in alternative and renewable energy. We perform substantial research and development and have filed three major patents in 2005 and expect to file additional patents in 2006 and going forward. These patents are relative to our focus area in renewable energy. We have a team of 30 process & mechanical engineers and scientists involved in this area of our operations. We also contract out certain specific development work to major nationally funded laboratories.
Biosphere is active as a project developer using our and related technologies and participates both in a management and capital markets role. We are currently in project development on approximately $650,000,000 of energy related work on three continents.
We help both Governmental and Private interests achieve economically beneficial and environmentally positive renewable energy projects that work.
We operate on the assumptions that society and social groupings do not easily change behaviors. Within that framework our technologies and operations must and will fit into existing paradigms. We will produce environmentally, but also socially and economically ecosystem.
